Welcome to Trifoyl (the "Service"), operated by admin ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by the law where you live to use the Service.
- Keep your sign-in methods safe and do not let others use your account.
- We cannot recover your account for you: if you lose every sign-in method and device, your account and messages become permanently unusable.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Service to:
- send illegal content, including content involving child sexual exploitation;
- harass or threaten others, spread hate speech, or share intimate images of others without their consent;
- send spam, scams or malware, or attack the Service's systems.
Reporting and blocking
- Group admins can remove members from a group and ban them from rejoining it.
- To report content or users that break these terms, email support@trifoyl.com with the account name, group name and screenshots. Because content is end-to-end encrypted, we can act only on what you send us.
- We handle reports and reply as soon as possible.
Suspension
If these terms are broken, we may restrict or delete the accounts, groups or files involved without notice. We report child safety issues and other illegal activity to the authorities as required by law.
Your content
Content you send remains yours. To provide the Service, you allow us to store and transmit it in encrypted form. You are responsible for the content you send.
The Service
The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
Changes
When we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
